FAQ

Who is Buck Overland?

BUCKOVERLAND Inc. is a family business out of Polson, Montana. We manufacture custom adventure rack systems for trucks. Everything we make is "Made Here" in the USA, not just "Assembled or Designed." We are professional designers, engineers, and outdoor enthusiasts and want to create something unique to fit the lifestyle of people who want something that looks good, is functional, and can take-a-licking.

Flexible - Everything was designed to be modular. We wanted to make something that can flex with your lifestyle. And give you some distinct configurations.

Clean - We designed this rack system to look like it belongs on your rig. We wanted our rack system to have clean lines and feel sculptural.

Tough - It's built super tough. The pillars are cast 365 Aluminum. Our custom 100m x 50m and 50m x 50m extrusions are high-strength 6063 aluminum. All topped off with a thick coat of powder cardinal BK59. If you scratch it, which you will, you can tough it up.

How'd you get started in this industry?

Our family has been Overlanding since the '70s. We are outdoors people with a lot of hobbies—biking, surfing, kayaking, motorcycling, mountaineering, skiing, snowboarding, horseback, and hiking. We've done it all and love it all. And want to create something unique to meet the needs of people who, like us, like different types of adventures. And we like making cool stuff for cool people.
